Track your order.
Order status and tracking come from our secure Shopify checkout and your courier, not from this website. Start with the order-status link in your order confirmation email — your account or our team are the next steps if you need them.
Option 1
Use the link in your email
Your order confirmation and shipping emails each include an order-status link showing the latest status of your order and any tracking details. Tracking details are also sent to you through WhatsApp and email.
Option 2
View orders in your account
Signed-in customers can view every order and its status through the Cookin account link below — the same account you checked out with.
Option 3
No tracking details yet?
If your tracking is missing or hasn't updated, message us on WhatsApp 060 919 5340, email online@cookinstores.co.za, or use our contact form — our team will help.
Whichever option you use, have your order number ready — it's in your order confirmation email.
