It has two sets of scales. There’s a large platform for weighing bigger quantities of general dry and liquid ingredients – up to 5 kilograms or 5 litres. There’s also a small, ultra-precise set, designed for measuring those small pinches and dashes that can make all the difference to your recipes. You can use these scales separately, or at the same time too.
The easy-read displays measurements from both scales. So, you can easily cut down on prep times by measuring two sets of ingredients in just a single session.
