The design of the Staub Cast Iron Braising Pan 2-Handle 26cm, is inspired by the Spanish paella pans. Of course, it is not only suitable for frying, but also for frying fish and meat or braising vegetables. Its smooth bottom makes it a real all-rounder in which many delicious dishes can be prepared effortlessly. This pan also looks decorative on the table. This round frying pan has a particularly high rim and thus offers plenty of space for delicious vegetable compositions and other dishes.
It is made of cast iron and can therefore be used on any stove, on induction hobs – and even in the oven. Cast iron stores heat particularly well and releases it slowly to the food. This ensures that all ingredients cook evenly and retain a full, tasty aroma.
