Using the Küchenprofi 3-piece Double Boiler is the ideal way to melt chocolate and warm up foods that would otherwise easily burn, such as sauces, custard and desserts. Add water into the lower pot and heat until the water is simmering. Then add the perfectly fitting insert containing the food to be melted or warmed, which can then be done without direct heat.

The transparent glass lid lets an eye be kept on the progress and the ergonomically shaped handles are easy to grip and doesn’t transfer the heat through the handle. The double boiler is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction stoves.
