To make pops, add juice, yoghurt, pudding, smoothies, chocolate, or your favourite recipe, and gently place in your freezer door. Once the pops are frozen, remove the pop and individual mould from the base and run the mould under warm water. Each stick has a built-in drip guard to keep your hands clean.
