The knife is part of the Gourmet series in which you can find unforged knives sharpened with special technology guaranteeing extreme knife sharpness. The shaped handles are made of synthetic and there is no gap between the handle and the steel for hygiene reasons, the connection is riveted. The knives are perfectly balanced and fit comfortably in the hand.
