With the Wusthof Urban Farmer paring knife 10cm, you can dice, cut and peel smaller products with more precision and control. With its sharp, pointed blade, this vegetable knife also works well as a larding knife.
The wonderfully fragrant handle is made from sustainably grown and thermally treated beech wood. The handle is extremely robust and waterproof. The crop in between the blade and the handle is made from anti-slip rubber to make sure the knife feels safe and secure in hand, even during wet circumstances.
