This is by far the best pan I have ever purchased. I purchased the 20cm pan first. It is awesome and ideal for eggs, but a bit small for the other of cooking I do. The 28cm is an ideal size. These pans have such a nice finish. They are much more non stick that the other stainless steel pans I have used in the past. They look amazing. Absolutely worth the price.
