The Ooni Stainless Steel Medium Roasting Pan with Carving Board is a premium, multi-functional kitchen accessory designed for roasting, carving, and serving with ease and elegance. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the roasting pan delivers even heat distribution for perfectly cooked meats and vegetables. Its ergonomic DuraGrab™ stainless steel handles provide a secure, comfortable grip even when lifting heavy roasts.
Included is a reversible grill rack that elevates food for optimal roasting, and a white oak carving board with angled grooves to catch juices, making carving and serving clean and efficient. A silicone plug allows controlled drainage of cooking juices from the pan to the board.
