The digital roast thermometer PROFI from KÜCHENPROFI puts an end to uncertainty and embarrassing moments at the set table. It is easy to use and the result is convincing. First select your type of meat and set the desired cooking level at the touch of a button – you can change the stored core temperature manually for an individual result. Then insert the tip of the metal probe halfway into the thickest part of the food.
A signal tells you when the core temperature has been reached and you can serve the roast. The thermometer is equipped with a portable receiver and a fastening clip so that you can move around undisturbed and mingle with your guests or the family.
