This heavy-duty Joseph Joseph Cut & Carve Bamboo Chopping Board features an integrated food grip to hold your meat, vegetables or bread in place while you cut and has an angled surface to collect any meat juices or breadcrumbs.
The board is hygienic and easy to clean. Bamboo is pliable and therefore protects your blades so that they remain sharper for longer. Due to its strength, it is harder than wood. This is because of its typical cell structure.
