The Global SAI Chef’s Knife 14cm is the perfect all-round knife and perform any kitchen task including mincing, dicing, chopping and slicing. The handle design incorporates an ergonomic thumb rest which helps set the right grip for the best cutting technique.
GLOBAL knives are made from the finest stainless-steel material. The blades utilise CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to a specific quality standard, Rockwell C56-58, which holds a razor-sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. The Global Classic collection has remained unchanged sine 1985 as a true testament to its quality and unique construction.
