The Global G Series Meat Chopper 16cm, also known as the butcher knife, is a heavy-duty rectangular knife used for splitting or cleaving meat and bone. Ideal for cutting big slices and chunks of meat and poultry.
Global knives are made from the finest stainless-steel material. The blades utilise CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to a specific quality standard, Rockwell C56-58, which holds a razor-sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. The Global Classic collection has remained unchanged sine 1985 as a true testament to it’s quality and unique construction.

Care
- Handwash with mild detergent. Not dishwasher safe
- Dry your knife thoroughly after rinsing to prevent rusting spots
