The Global G Series Carving Set 2 Piece includes a forged Carving Fork to hold meat securely in place while carving with the razor sharp 21cm Carving Knife. The G-3 is Global’s classic carving knife, long and narrow to carve those perfect Sunday roasts. The thin and razor sharp Global blade allows the cook to cleanly slice through foods, preserving the integrity of the meat and maximizing its flavour.
GLOBAL knives are made from the finest stainless-steel material. The blades utilise CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to a specific quality standard, Rockwell C56-58, which holds a razor-sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion.
