Made from durable 18/10 stainless steel, the pan features a SIGMA Clad multi-layer base designed to heat quickly and distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface. The solid stainless steel handle provides comfortable handling, while the pan works on all stovetops, including induction, and can go into the oven up to 200°C. When dinner is done, it is dishwasher-safe for easier cleanup.
