With the set containing six marinating aids in total, you get the small and fine differences. When it comes to vacuum packing with liquids, it simply works better with a marinating aid.

Used along with the vacuum pump and Zwilling fresh and save vacuum bags, the marinating aid ensures that the pump does not absorb the liquids quickly. Marinades or meat juices remain in the bag as they accumulate in the marinating aid. This protects the vacuum pump from damage from liquids and everything is exactly where it should be.
