The Scanpan Classic Anniversary Roasting Pan Medium brings a 70-year milestone to one of Scanpan's most established cookware ranges. With a generous 39 × 27 cm cooking surface and 5L capacity, it's made for everything from Sunday roasts and whole chickens to baked dishes, braises and big batches of vegetables.

Hand-cast in Denmark from recycled aluminium, the pan combines even heat distribution with Scanpan's hard-wearing Stratanium non-stick coating. It's suitable for stovetop, oven and grill use, with an oven-safe temperature of up to 250°C, and its sturdy handles make it easier to move when dinner is fully loaded.
