Care Info

  • For the exterior of Arc Lite, ensure the oven is cool and use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray on dirty areas. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Clean the area with warm, soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive dishcloth, then wipe clean with paper towels
  • The best way to clean the inside of Arc Lite is to burn off any food debris or soot left behind. When the oven is over 350°C, it will start self-cleaning, and any burnt-on food will burn off after about three hours

Returns Information

If upon receipt of your delivery you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your product for an exchange, voucher or full refund.  The following conditions apply –

  • Notification must be received by us within 30 days of the order being received

  • Goods must be in their original packaging
