The Global SAI Flexible Utility Knife 17cm is ideal for small cutting, dicing and slicing jobs. Great for boning and skinning smaller meats and fish. The soft bend of the flexible blade makes it easier to cut around bones. It’s also used for slicing through delicate fruit. It’s narrow blade makes it suitable for filleting too and is the closest to being a filleting knife in the SAI range. GLOBAL knives are made from the finest stainless-steel material. The blades utilise CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to a specific quality standard, Rockwell C56-58, which holds a razor-sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. The Global Classic collection has remained unchanged sine 1985 as a true testament to its quality and unique construction.
