The Elo Quatro Rectangular Roaster and Lid 40x22cm impresses with its even heat distribution, achieved thanks to its 5 mm thick base and Alucast technology. This construction allows for efficient searing and braising, while the heat-resistant Elodur coating withstands oven temperatures up to 240 °C.

The perforated induction base ensures rapid and homogeneous heat transfer on all stovetops, including induction. The precise material thickness of 2.2mm on the walls and 5mm on the base ensures that heat is retained for a long time, which is particularly advantageous for slow cooking.
