It also illuminates the need for paper filters. If you’re seeking less body and the cleanest cup possible, use it together with a filter paper for maximum filtration. Besides providing a secondary filter, the rigidity of the metal filter allows the paper to flex less, making it more effective for the cleanest cup possible. This double-filter clean style of AeroPress reduces body and is more suited to lighter roasts with fruitier flavour notes.
