The Zwilling Plus Stainless Steel Roaster Dish is a real all-rounder. It offers ample space for large poultry such as turkey, enough space for a leg of lamb and is suitable for braised beef, pork or game meat, goulash, roulades and stews. And if you fancy fish, a full salmon, trout, carp or cod can be cooked particularly gently on the insertable grill. Measuring 38cm x 25cm, the large casserole dish offers space for everything you love cooking for family and friends. For a slightly smaller meal, the lid can also be used for frying.

The Sigma Classic sandwich base ensures that the heat from the hob – whether gas, electric, ceramic or induction – is ideally distributed and stored so that everything cooks, braises, sizzles in the multi-roaster with a particularly strong aroma. Thanks to the tight-fitting lid, hardly any additional liquid is required, because what is released during cooking remains in the roasting pan. So once everything is in, the roaster will do the rest of the work.
