  • Hand wash recommended. Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge or cloth
  • Do not use scouring powders, abrasive sponges, or heavy metal pads, as these can damage the enamel finish. If food is stuck, soak the pan in warm water before cleaning.
  • To prevent rust on the cast iron edges, dry the dish thoroughly immediately after washing
