The Global MinoSharp Plus 3 Stage Water Knife Sharpener offers safe and speedy sharpening of Global knives and other premium cutlery brands. The 3-stage knife sharpener features color-coded sharpening wheels: coarse (blue) to shape edge, medium (brown/orange) to sharpen, superfine (yellow) to polish.

The MinoSharp Plus includes a water reservoir so blade is continually washed during sharpening and innovative ceramic wheels sharpen blades at the ideal angle. The Minosharp has a nonslip bottom for stability.
