The Global G-10 Ham/Salmon/Meat Slicer 31cm is made for achieving those long, thin slices that are difficult to get with a standard kitchen knife. Its exceptionally long, thin and flexible blade glides through smoked salmon, trout, ham, prosciutto, roast beef and other meats, making it ideal for delicate, presentation-ready slices.

Made in Japan from Yoshikin CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, the blade has a precise 15° cutting edge and Rockwell hardness of C56–58 for excellent sharpness and durability. The comfortable G-Series handle provides a secure grip, while the unsharpened section near the handle gives your fingers a little extra protection while slicing.
