The Bodum Kenya French Press Coffee Maker 3 Cup is a modern take on this traditional coffee brewing method by the very company that brought it to the masses. Bodum has been selling coffee plungers since the 1970s and played an instrumental role in their popularisation throughout the world.

The Kenya is true to its origins with its replaceable borosilicate glass beaker that will last for years and can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand. Its 3 part filter and plunger mechanism is made of durable stainless steel and can also be unscrewed and put into the dishwasher for cleaning.

Where this modern French press differs from its predecessors is in its stylish black plastic frame which looks good while also serving more practical purposes. It provides some protection for the glass beaker against knocks while also insulating the bottom to prevent scorching of the surface it rests on
