The Bialetti Induction Mini Express Espresso Maker Set set is a beautiful variation of the classic Bialetti Express, the world’s most used stovetop espresso maker. The induction Mini Express 2-cup not only prepares a good Bialetti coffee, but serves it directly into two cups that heat up, thanks to the special aluminium support plate, with the gentle heat of the moka pot.

This brewer works by forcing water through finely ground coffee and sending the liquid espresso through the spout, which pours the espresso into your cup of choice. As your cup sits on the platform awaiting the espresso, it slowly warms, which keeps your espresso from cooling off too quickly.

How to use

  • To brew, simply fill the carafe with water up to the safety valve, and fill the coffee basket with 11g (or approximately 0.4 oz / 2 heaping teaspoons) of moka grind coffee. Place the Mini Express on the stove to heat. Approximate brewing time is 3 minutes. At the start, a solid stream of coffee will flow from each spout. When the coffee begins to sputter, shut off the stove and move the Mini Express to a cool burner

Care Info

  • Bialetti Mini Express should be rinsed with water only, after use
  • Do not use detergents
  • The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could cause damage to the product and affect the taste of the coffee
