The AMT Gastroguss Glass Lid 16cm with Steam Release Vent fits all corresponding pots and pans allowing for additional stove-top cooking methods

The lid is made from tempered safety glass and is heat-resistant up to 240°C so it can be used in the oven as well. It has an optional steam-release vent for overflow protection, which keeps the lid from misting up and lets you see the cooking progress without losing moisture and nutrients. The AMT glass lids are dishwasher safe.
