Thanks to the large 32cm serrated edge, every bread can be cut into perfect slices. The knife can be used to cut all grains of bread and used for cakes and pies. The knife is hand-forged from the blade tip to the double bolster from one piece of steel. The manufacturing process gives the stainless-steel blade special robustness and longevity. The double bolster is a counterweight to the blade, making the knife perfectly balanced. The handle is crafted from hard olive wood which resists moisture and exhibits a beautiful grain.
